OlySoft was hired by the Northwest Bank and Trust to build and implement
Information Technology Policies and Procedures. Northwest Bank and Trust is a new, full
service bank operating in Acworth, Georgia. The Bank was looking for the service provider
to build and implement FDIC compliant policies and procedures for the technology operation.
As a results of the assignment,
OlySoft was asked to build implementation plan and relevant IT delivery schedules.

by the Riverside Bank...
OlySoft was hired by Riverside Bank to build and implement IT policies
to assure compliance with the FDIC IT regulations. Riverside Bank
is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Riverside Bancshares, Inc. and
is operating several branches located in the Cobb county, Fulton
County and Central Georgia. Riverside Bank is a full service bank
providing services to the surrounding communities. Due to rapid
growth, the Bank needed to upgrade and improve Information Systems
security and efficiency, as well as assure compliance with the latest
FDIC requirements. The bank was looking for a partnership rather
than the traditional vendor. OlySoft approach to the challenges

that their Software Management solution eSDx reached status of the
Open Platform Architecture using Tomcat, PostGreSQL and Samba..
Solution is a fully upward and downward scalable on the Web platform.
Solution is available for WebSphere, Tomcat, JBoss on the supporting
different platforms: Z/OS, S/390, WinNT/2K, AIX, Solaris, Linux
and OS/2 Server.

OlySoft announced today that their Software Management
solution is ready to deploy the Windows 2000 Service Pack 3 recently
released by Microsoft." We can safe our customers time and
money by providing them with seamless update solutions for the Microsoft

is available for the TIVOLI, and SMS users, as well as the stand
alone integrated offering.

OlySoft announced today that their Software Management
solution was successfully tested on the XP platform. Starting today
we can provide solutions for XP and W2000 'Advanced Server' based
networks. We can also offer migration from W98 to W2000 and XP.

Linux platforms. Software Management modules are available through
a browser interface. Porting management modules from S/390 to the
Windows/Linux server architecture is allowing OlySoft to concentrate

September 9, 2001: OlySoft Moves Into New Offices

OlySoft has opened the doors of its new Headquarters.
These offices are located in an office park 15 miles northwest of
Atlanta GA. Stan Sliwinski, president of OlySoft, said "We
selected this location because we felt that it would be convenient
